Introduction
The Centre for Agricultural Genomics and Biotechnology of the Faculty of the Agricultural and Food Science and Environmental Management of the University of Debrecen conducts research on the agricultural genomics and biotechnology.
It aims to carry out its research activity in a multidisciplinary approach, using state-of-the-art genomics, molecular biology, green biotechnology and bioinformatics methods and tools.
The Centre's research contributes to the genomic and genetic mapping and biotechnological use of crops and animals.
The results of the Center can be applied to innovations in the agri-food and pharmaceutical industries.
