1. General Rules

• You may request credit transfer only once during your BSc or MSc studies at the University of Debrecen.
• Once a credit transfer request has been submitted, no further requests will be accepted during your programme. Any additional submissions will be rejected.

2. Deadlines for Submission

• Forms must be submitted within the first week of the registration period.

3. Evaluation of Requests

• The decision is made by the programme coordinator, based on:
  • Course content
  • Number of credit points
  • Achieved grade

4. Impact on Study Duration

• Having many credits transferred does not guarantee that you can finish earlier.

5. Completing the Form

• Fill out the form electronically to ensure legibility.
• After completion, print and sign the form, then submit the paper copy with your original signature to the Faculty coordinator.
