Introduction - Central Laboratory of Agricultural and Food Products

The Agricultural Instrumentation Centre at the University of Debrecen, Faculty of Agricultural and Food Sciences and Environmental Management, is a nationally accredited (NAT) testing laboratory providing comprehensive analytical services across agriculture and food science sectors.

Our Services Include:

  • Microbiological analysis and sample preparation of feeds, raw materials, foods, and their ingredients
  • Sample preparation, sensory evaluation, and physical and chemical analysis of feeds and raw materials
  • Sampling and physical and chemical analysis of oilseeds
  • Sampling and preparation of food, feed, industrial seeds, and hulled grains for sensory and physical analysis
  • Physical analysis of cereals and cereal products (wheat, rye, flour, durum wheat, durum semolina)
  • Physical and chemical analysis of wheat and wheat flour
  • Physical analysis of flours and other edible milled product,
  • Chemical analysis of legumes and cereal-based products
